ASDA Pre-Dental Chapter at the University of Houston

Membership Applications for Fall 2025-2026 year are due 9/19/2025 (Friday of the 2nd general meeting)

To be officially recognized as a member of the ASDA Pre-Dental Chapter at the University of Houston, students must complete two steps:

Step 1: Fully complete the “Membership” form. https://forms.gle/51GB7GACDx9LyjT77

Step 2: Semesterly payment is $45/semester. Yearly membership is $70 per person

* Payment is accepted through Zelle (asda.uh@gmail.com), or by cash/credit and debit cards. (Square)*

* If you are paying through Zelle, please put "Membership for [FirstName LastName]" in the notes/message section.*

* If you are paying in cash, please contact an officer to make arrangements*

Both completion of membership form AND payment of dues is required to become an official member.

Students who do not complete both steps will not be recognized as ASDA PDC UH Members and won’t be eligible for club events.
